The entire Vista Norte development is 140 acres, and will consist
of approximately 240 single-family homes. The project is being
developed in several phases, the first of which consists of 27 lots.
Lots start in size from 100' wide by 175' deep.
Prices range from $30,000 to $44,000, with the majority of the
lots in the $30-35,000 range. The community will feature an 8-acre
park with a pond, a one-mile jogging/biking trail, a gated section
with its own park, all underground utilities, City of Sherman water
and sewer, availability of broadband internet through Verizon and
CableOne, Denison schools and Sherman schools and a landscaped entry
and greenbelt running the length of the main thoroughfare, Pecan
Grove Road. Pecan Grove Road will progress south as the development
progresses, and will connect to an existing section of the road
behind Dillingham School and the Medical Center.
